Leslie's Story
Life
I was born and raised in the Franklin area. I lived there until 1989 when we began moving around the country. We have lived in New York state, Mississippi, and Wisconsin-we have been here for 10 years.
I have been a registered nurse since 1974. Can't believe that! I have worked most of my career in Emergency Nursing. I am also certified in that specialty (CEN). I work in an inner city type hospital now and we have a full time Spanish interpreter there (why did I take Latin?!) Now that I'm older, I am glad that I have helped a lot...Expand for more
of people in the world while at my job.
I have two daughters who are the light of my life. My older daughter, Erin, is now living and working in New Orleans. She graduated from Marquette University here. My younger daughter, Alison, just finished college and is working in Milwaukee. My husband, Ken, has worked in the paper machine business since getting out of college in '74.
I return to Franklin usually several times a year to visit Joyce (Reagan), Mary (Robbins) and my aunt and other relatives. I will always consider Franklin home.
