Leslie's Story
It's been a heck of a long time since high school that's for sure! For those of you who remember me, I played basketball, the alto saxophone in Symphonic Band and Jazz Band, attended MSYM MUSIC Camp every summer, and was a yearbook photographer (mainly for sports). I went onto college at Lyndon State in Vermont for meteorology, but decided to transfer my credits to University of Maine at Farmington in 1998 and pursue computers. I took up running as a sport (Mr. Westerfield would love to hear that...) So, I graduated from UMF 2001 with Computer Science degree, math minor and Coaching Certificate.
I immediately went into a computer career at Hannaford Brothers Co in Scarborough. The end of 2001, I fell in love with Tom, (my husband) and we were married July of 2004. annaford for Tyler Technologies in Falmouth where I am currently traveling M-F in different parts of the country doing geek stuff.
In July of 2006 my husband and I moved into our brand new custom built home! I fell in love with scrapbooking (thanks KT!), still dabble in photography... blew the dust of my saxophone when Morgan took it up! I am still running regularly and played basketball on a Women's league for a bit (want to get back into it!) I've finally seen San Diego, LA, Seattle (I miss you MISSY!!) Colorado, Texas, practically all of the East Coast, and still find New England to be one of the most beautiful places in the country. Tom and I have two doggies, belgian malinois, Trixie (2004) and O'Malley (2008)... so other than not having my stepdaughters in my life regularly, my life is good... we're incredibly happy; wonderful families, excellent careers, and our schmoopieness!
