What I've been doin' since '63. (written 6/03)

Met Jim and fell head over heels in the summer of '63---we both worked at the Royal Theatre. Employees were not allowed to date. We married in '66.
After that I worked at a TopValueStamp Redemption Store (remember those?) until our 1st son was born. Stay-at-home-mom pretty much of the next 10 years raising our 2 boys and a surprise daughter. Now I'm working in a very special, nationally recognized program in the Redford Union School District that teaches preschool deaf children how to listen and speak. Extremely rewarding! Not so much in dollars--but, hey,you can't have everything.

free entertainment and good company. Jim is a great singer ---mostly oldies, of course!! This last year we were blessed with 2 grandsons. (And now another grandson in Oct 05) They are keepin' us young and hoppin'. Anyone wanna see some pix? Update 3/09 Now up to 6 (4 boys and 2 girls) grandchildren. whew! Jim has retired but is busy with hobbies of music, art, ebay, photo stuff. I am still working...enjoy it most days.
