Lester's Story
After I left high school (I went ahead and got my GED) I moved to Florida, stayed there for a year then moved back to Rochester. I left Rochester about a year later and moved back to Florida and then within a few months I was back in Rochester. I stayed in Rochester for a good 2 years then I again moved to Orlando, Florida and stayed for a good 11 months and moved back to Rochester. I stayed this time for a few months then moved to Buffalo, NY and stayed there for over 6 months and moved to Raleigh, NC. I stayed in Raleigh for a few months and moved back to Orlando where I stayed for a good 6 months then I moved back to Rochester. I stayed this final time in Rochester for a good 4 months and after my father passed I moved to Newark, NJ where I have been every since and that has now been 4 years ago. hen I moved to Newark I finally settled down and got real about life and things have been going well every since.
There have been many things that have happened in between all of this but that is for me to know and for you to find out- but only if you dare to know!!!
In high school I was very much a quiet person. I stayed to myself for the most part but I believe that I was a nice person in high school. I was never bullied, nor treated with disrespect. I held on to a secret that maybe a few people knew but never said anything about regarding myy sexuality but it was never an issue for me. I was dealing with so much then (low self-esteem, no self worth, etc.) that trying to deal with my sexuality was something that was put on the back burner until I was mature enough to deal with it. I can say that high school was a bad time in my life emotionally but it was fun for what it was.
If I had the chance to do it all over again I definitely would!!!
