Alexis's Story
Life
My name is Lexi I just turned 25. Since high school I have gone to OCC, worked at a day care, then I moved to England to do a study abroad proagram through OCC , I have traveled a whole lot, and now I am working at a restraunt in Aliso Viejo and living in Costa Mesa. In November it will be 2 years at the restraunt. I have no idea what to do for a care job.

I went to California School in 5th grade and Tewinkle for three months. Then back to POP. The other years I went to Prince of Peace. For high school I went to Estancia and College OCC.
After high school I went straight to Orange Coast College. In 2000 I went on a study abroad program to Cambridge,England. I attened occ classes in cambridge. I lived with a host family. There were 30 students. Then in 2002/3 I decided to take a break now I am taking one class slowly getting ...Expand for more

I'm still attentding Orange Coast College. I'm not sure when I will be done but hopefuly soon! If any one reads this if you are still in college and have an opportunity you should defnatly go on a study abraod program and live with a host family. One of the best times in my life.

Workplace
Right now I'm just working at a restraunt in Aliso Viejo. When I'm working alot I'm not really in Costa Mesa much. I'm not a chef but a cook. There's a difference. I make sandwiches, salads, smoothies etc... I'm in the kitchen so you can't see me.... I like my job what I do. It's fun. I've learned alot there. I know I won't be here for ever but it's great for now. :-) I don't really know what I want to do carear wise. I worked at St.Pauls in Orange for almost two years 98-2000. I loved working at the day care. I left becaus I moved to England. I miss my kids at the day care.
