Linda's Story
Life
Born in March, 1951, went to St. Mark's Grade School then onto St. Joseph's Academy. Graduated 1969. Worked a few jobs. Northwestern Bell, West Publishing, Whirlpool Corp., then moved to Houston TX in 1988 and worked for Continental Airlines. My husband was transferred to Atlanta GA in 1992 and then I continued working for Continental Airlines for awhile and then went to work for ATC Nursing Home and now at Elks Aidmore Childrens Ctr. All jobs except Whirlpool were secretarial. I have been Executive Assistant for Elks Aidmore Children Center (a home for teenage girls) for ten years and love it.

to 36, divorced with no children (thank God), and then remarrried at age 38 to a wonderful man and now have a stepson 26 years old and a daughter 17 going on 25. She keeps me young and busy. I have two dogs, Bogie, Buddy and two cats, Diamond and Oreo. (They are my other babies.) My stepson finally gave me a grandson, Conor, whom I love dearly. I guess you could say I am one of those grandmas who love and spoil them and then send them home. I love county life, live on 20 acres and enjoy movies, reading, walking, vacations. and spending time with friends. We go back to MN to visit family at least once a year. That's about it.
