Linda's Story
After high school I worked for a couple years then got smart and went back to college. I graduated from Univ.of St. Francis (Joliet) with a B.S. in Computer Science. Lived in Indianapolis from 1989-1995 working as a programmer for Washington Twp. schools. Met my wonderful husband Mike there and talked him into moving back to IL. We both work for our family auto repair & U-Haul business. My sister and I opened a balloon decorating business (Balloons With A Twist) in 2000 located in Mokena. rs and 9 dogs later I have truly found my calling. We switched to raising service dogs for disabled people and this year have joined forces with colleagues to start our own service dog school. It is called My Angel With Paws. Our goal is to open training facilities in Florida and the Chicago area. In our spare time (what's that?) we enjoy traveling. A few of our favorite places have been Sedona, AZ, Yellowstone, WY, Yosemite, CA, South Carolina & Florida.
