Well today is February 2, 2012. It's been a long time since I have update this and as I promised I would as time permits. Life has been a scary roller coaster ride for me for the past 3 years. I have become a much stronger person since I last wrote anything on here. As you all know I have been in the process of a divorce for about the last 14 months. My marriage basically began crumbling in August of 2009 when I found out that he was cheating on me. I gave it my all for almost another ...Expand for more
year just to find out that I wasted more of my life trying to make something work that was just not meant to be. Come to find out he was having yet another affair with someone else. At that point I knew that I am wasting my time trying and how in the world can I ever trust him again. If there is no trust there is no relationship or real love. I learned quickly not to fall for any phony words or feelings ever again. I had to learn how to stand up for what I believe in and deal with anything and everything that will be coming my way. I had to learn how to love, believe, respect and trust again or my life would probably be worthless. With Ralph by my side I was able to relearn how to express my feelings and emotions (good ones and bad ones) and how to feel alive again. He has encouraged me in so many ways. As you can imagine my eyes are opened much wider than ever before and realize that there is a totally different way to live life. Live for today, Don't look back unless you can learn from it and it helps you make today better.
Today I was able to close another chapter to my life. My divorce was final after over 14 months of going through the process and hell. I am very happy to say I will now be turning a new page in my book of life. Again I thank each and every one of you who has helped me and cared enough to let me know that you were there for me. A special note to Ralph....Thank you for always being by my side and putting up with my emotional roller coaster ride between the process of my divorce, Tara's surgery and other issues and my surgeries. We have been there to learn from, live for and to love each other no matter what obstacles tried to get in our way. We have a strong enough relationship to overcome and conquer what ever tries to get in our way. I thank you again for loving me for who I am. I Love you with all of my heart. <3".
