Linda's Story

I live in Ojai and have been teaching 5th grade for 28 years. I retired last June, and then was hired back to work two days a week in a job share. I love having the time to do whatever I want. I have a masters in counseling and am thinking I would eventually like to find some part time job doing that. I am divorced, and have one daughter and two grand daughters. I love to travel, and hope to do more of it now that I have the time. I enjoy riding my bike, walking...Expand for more
, and hiking in the hills around here, and in the Sierras. I like skiing and snowshoeing, and just being in the mountains. I also like to go to movies, read novels and non fiction books, and go out to dinner with friends. I babysit for my grand kids a couple of times a week, while my daughter works part time as a massage therapist. I have property in Montana, and have thought about moving up there, but I would have a very hard time leaving my friends and grand kids.
