Linda's Story
Life
My married name is Linda Wimberley although I've been divorced for over a decade. I have 2 grown children who are married with families of their own: Josh-35, married and lives in Odessa with his wife and my 2 granddaughters Bailey Abigail & Riley Gabrielle; Jillian-25, married and lives in Andrews, TX with husband and my four grandchildren, Cory-13, Stormy-12, Brandon-5 and Draven-4. I LOVE being a grandmother (they call me 'Nana'). I'm LDS, aka 'Mormon'; gave up ALL my vices (except chocolate) and I've tamed down A LOT! ating from nursing school in Tyler in Aug, '09. After 17 years with Contel/GTE/Verizon I took a separation pkg and decided to do what I should have done in the first place. Sometimes life throws you a curve ball or 10. I like to read thriller novels and track down my ancestors. If I had more time I'd spend it making stained glass windows. I just turned 55 and I'm FINALLY getting something on my bucket list checked off! Life is Good! =)
College
Back in 72-73 I spent most of my time in the Student Union Building, smoking little cigars and playing spades. I met my ex-husband there. I was a part-time student and never did graduate.
