Linda's Story
Wow, 40 years have gone by so fast. I left BC soon after St. Anne's and moved to Seattle.. Met and married and we moved all over the US. Gave birth to my son in Kent, WA and my daughter in Bend, OR. Once I was single again, I went back to school and got my Paralegal Degree and worked for attorney in Lynden, WA for 8 or 9 years until the kids were grown and on to college. Then I took a left turn and bartended in Birch Bay and Blaine, Wa for over 10 years. Now I manage 2 apartment complexes close to WWU in Bellingham WA. 4 grand-daughte...Expand for more
rs and one grand-son....one German Shepherd and lots to keep me busy. I found a drawing of St. Anne's from the water side and will scan it so that I can post it on this page, probably Monday. It is a pen and ink drawing and the signature says A. E. Martin '65. Anyone have any idea who that is?
I remember some of the names here and a couple of them stand out, but my memory is going more every day (what did I have for breakfast?) so please don't anyone take offense if I don't acknowledge you right away. Who did ballet? Claudette? Oona?
