Hi Wantagh friends! My name is Renee Pittelli (formerly Linda Sutera). I've been married to Frank, who's retired from the LIRR, for 43 years and we have two grown sons, Frankie and Vinnie and 2 adorable grandchildren. We are Christians and love the Lord! For 20 years I was an advocate for Vietnam Veterans and a member of two national Vietnam Veteran organizations, holding several chairmanships and directorships. I created an Education Program which sends veterans to high schools, junior highs, and colleges to teach the students about Vietnam and its after-effects. This program is used by veterans' groups in the U.S.A. as well as Canada, Australia, & S.E. Asia and our veterans have spoken to thousands of students. Although I am still somewhat active in veteran's issues and have many beloved "brothers", the Lord has since called me to the ministry. I have been able to use my own experience and testimony coming from an abusive birth-family to help other survivors. I am now an Adult Child Recovery Mentor and an ordained minister, directing Luke 17:3 Ministries, a Bible-based ministry for adult children of controlling, abandoning, or abusive birth-families, together with my sister Denise. We are currently affiliated with numerous other ministries and churches, our website is logged onto from all over the world. I consult with therapists, ministers and other professionals in the field of narcissistic abuse, especially Adult-Child Abuse. I also moderate recovery chat groups, a group for professionals in the field, and several active social media pages.
