Linda's Story
Life
After high school, college, and time in graduate school I traveled extensively. I taught kindergarten and worked for Trust CO. Bank.I married a wonderful guy that went to Briarcliff High school and Georgia Tech. WE had 3 beautiful girls and were married 21yrs. He was killed by a drunk driver in 2001 on his way home from our oldest daughter's soccer game. The drunk driver had 5 previous DUIs and received a light sentence. Randy was a blessing to know & love. It has been a great loss to my girls and I but our faith in Our Lord has made Randy's death bearable. I stay busy with ,family, our horse, and traveling. My 27 yr old daughter graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Fl with a BA in English and Inerdisciplinery studies. She is teaching English as a 2nd language in Moscow, Russia. She has been on mission trips to Ukraine, Spain, France, and 13 trips to Israel. My 25 yr old daughter majored in Intercultural studies at SEU also. She has been on mission trips to Mexico and 6 trips to Israel. SHe works at the horse therapy school INTRA in Netanya, Israel during the ...Expand for more

She and her husband worked for the ICEJ until moving back to the USA in 2009. They now live in Wash Dc where she works for the IIACF and her husband works for the IJM. My 23 yr old daughter graduated from Southeastern University majoring in Elementary Education. She teaches middle school math and social studies and is getting married in NOvember 2011. She has been on Mission trips to Siberia and 5 times to Israel. My most memorable trips were the 3 to Alaska.and 3 to Israel. I love gardening, travel, hanging out with my daughters, lunching with friends and riding our Morgan horse. I would love to live in Israel someday and do volunteer work.
Workplace
