I realize more every day how lucky I was to be able to attend strong academically inclined schools.
College
Two tries and I finally made it through. First time I was rebelling, second time, I was married and focused.
Now, of course, I look back and wonder how I could not have appreciated someone else doing the cooking, very little cleaning, no upkeep bills to worry about...but, I do still have nightmares about missing my Tues/Th...Expand for more
urs classes...those are the ones I'd skip to sunbathe on the roof of the dorm...bad, bad, bad...probably why it took me 2 tries to get through...smile
Workplace
Work keeps me motivated. All of the work skills I've acquired since high school are being utilized by the job I have now.
We have both retired, now, and have 3 grandchildren--Yeah!!
