Life After attending UCONN for four years and receiving my Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design & Merchandising, I worked in retail management for almost four years. I had planned to save money to move to NYC and become a buyer in the fashion industry but that didn't happen. Instead I worked in the insurance industry in Hartford for 10 years where I met my first husband. We had two wonderful, beautiful children and I quit my job to stay home with the kids. I did some volunteer work for the school system and our church and worked a few part time jobs including teaching dance at the YMCA. My son is now 17 and my daughter is 12 (almost 13). I've been divorced from my first husband for two years. I started seeing a great guy named John about that same time, and we just got engaged on Christmas Day!
