University of Tennessee -- started out in computer science but changed major several times. Ended up with a BA in History.
University of Maryland -- changed gears to Masters in Accounting and Information Systems.
Workplace
I started my career as a paralegal with Milberg, Weiss law firm in Knoxville working a case representing the FDIC vs. E&Y in re: the Butcher brother's bank failures.

f Sunoco. After moving through several departments, I ended up in information systems as the Manager of System Administration. This was a fun job where I participated in several new coke/power plant construction jobs in the US and Brazil.
I'm currently at Sempra Global (San Diego, CA) as a Project Manager for Financial Applications with projects in the US and Mexico. I also have a private consulting firm offering services related to financial systems, system integrations, Sarbanes-Oxley system's compliance issues, and custom software development.
