Lisa's Story
Hmmmm.......Moved from Somersworth, NH to Ocean Springs, MS at the beginning of junior year ('87). Graduated in '89. Worked at a store as a cashier until I joined the Air Force in '90.
Basic Training at Lackland AFB, TX. Tech School: Lowry AFB,CO; Sheppard AFB, TX. First assignment was March AFB, CA ('90 - '95). I was a dietary tech/ dietary cook. Loved California. Miss California. I was transfered back to Lackland...Expand for more
AFB due to base closing. Honorably discharged in '97.
Met husband in San Antonio, TX while stationed at Lackland. Worked as a cook for Chili's for 7.5 years then worked at a hosital as a Diet Aide til now. My husband died Jan 8, '08.
Right now I'm getting used to be single again and trying to keep busy. I still try to spend time with my step daughter. Looking into going back to school.
