Hello All -
It's been quite a while since I updated my profile~ When I first joined my girl was 5 months and now she'll be 5 years old! Wow, time is really flying by quickly.
Well, I'm not a stay-at-home Mom anymore but enjoyed my time off from the "grind." I work at a Vitamin Company as an Account Manager - it's an o.k. job - nothing glamorous but my co-workers are a lot of fun. I have my own home, I'm a single Mother, my daughter, Leila, is by far the most important part of my life. I'm not married to Leila's Father but he is a great Dad and plays a very...Expand for more
active role in Leila's life. In fact, I have not married again since my first husband died in 1994.
And, I fondly remember High School like it was yesterday and the group of ecclectic students we had, our football games, keg parties, the dances, the proms, graduation. We had a lot of fun - and that was without cell phones, pagers, IM and email. And who can forget all that great 80's music! Everytime I see an 80's movie I think of High School - Pretty in Pink, Weird Science, Breakfast Club, Some Kind of Wonderful and so on.
