Lisa's Story
Life
I'm working at the St. Petersburg Times, Florida's largest newspaper, as a copy editor/designer. I have a puppy, a wonderful, hyper yellow Lab/Jack Russell/German shepherd mix (don't ask). And for the first time in eight years, I'm living in a home with no apartment number.
School
I am so happy I never have to live through high school again.
College

get a degree in English. It's just too bad that I only took one creative writing class and that I waited until my senior year to do it.
Workplace
I never thought I'd move out of Michigan, but here I am. I'm five minutes from Mexico and five minutes from New Mexico. I get to travel and write articles for the paper on my experiences. All of that on top of a column and being an editor! I love my job!
