Lisa's Story
I graduated in 1979. After graduation I joined the work force I worked at First National Bank in Portage for 3 yrs. Then I worked for a truck leasing firm where I met my husband Dan. We moved to South Dakota in 1983 and farmed for a while then Dan worked for Farmers Coop Elevator.He is now the manager of the gas station here. I currently am working for Good Samaritan Nursing Home as a CNA. I was in activities for 9 yrs but decided to change positions.

e a grandma,but now they are having a baby in April so I am officially a grandma. Jacque our second child. Is finishing her senior year at USD as a secondary math teacher. She has been married a little over 2 yrs. Nicole our last one graduated in May. She attended a University in Sioux Falls SD. Now will be transferring to Dickinson, ND. We live in a small town called Avon.
I still enjoy singing and Dan & I are very active members in our church.
If I could have done anything differently I would have gone to College. Now I will be going to school for Nursing in the Fall.
