Lisa's Story

Shout outs to the class of 1982!. I hope everyone is happy or a least still trying to get there. I have been married the last 23 years and live in Southwest Detroit. I had two kids a boy and a girl, my son graduated from Michigan State in 2011 and my daughter is about to graduate from Henry Ford Community College both are working with no children so I am very proud. I am now retired and a little bored still trying to figure out what I want to do next! I am 30 credits away from my 4 year degree in Criminal Justice and I have a two year degree in Business Management & Supervision. I worked for the VA medical center and hos...Expand for more
pital in Allen Park for 8 years and then transferred to the US postal service and worked there for 11 years in Allen Park. I will probably complete my degree within the next year or so or I might go back to selling real estate which I did for about 4 years in Detroit and the Downriver area. I still enjoy concerts and have been to many R&B and Jazz concerts over the years at places all over the Metro Detroit area. I still enjoy going to the movies and eating out as well. The last movies I saw were Safe-house and Lady in black both were good and yes I like scary movies. I hope everyone is good and have a great year. Lisa R.
