Lisa's Story
Life
Wow! For once I'm at a loss for words (NOT) but here's the quick rundown--
~Got married in 1993
~Our son was born in 1996
~Bought our first home in 1998
~Got our pound puppy in 1999
~New home in 2002
~Graduated with IT-Multimedia degree in 2005 (to all those teachers that said girls wouldn't be good with computers-you were soooooo wrong!)
~Four long years of very scary medical things, and counting
~Took in a homeless puppy in 2008
~Making a go of my own Multimedia Business
~Still causing occasional mayhem with Kim
~Never left the Milwaukee area as California wildfires and earthquakes just aren't my thing.

All in all, I'm still crazy 'ol me!
UPDATE:
~June 4, 2008 Andy had a serious accident that resulted in a subdural hematoma and required an emergency craniotomy to alleviate the pressure in his brain.
~June 7, 2008 while Andy was still in the ICU, on a ventilator and unable to move, our home was flooded with 8 1/2 feet of water. We had to evacuate.
~July 30th, 2008 we were able to move back in but things are still really messed up.
BUT...I am still hopeful that things will turn around and continue to keep my chins (yes, both of them) up.
It's also good that I can keep a sense of humor in the face of tragedy.
