Lois's Story
Life
I graduated in 1972. I married and re-located to Vancouver Island then to the big city Vancouver. I became a single Mom very early and raised my 2 children on my own. I did well.
I plan to take a course or two to prepare myself for writing in the new year. I was thinking I might write a book but that will take some time. Happy Holiday Season to all!
College
I attended Computer Institute of Canada after completing High School and became a Data Entry Operator for years. I got tired of feeling like a robot and then went back to college again and took secretarial and worked for various companies. My...Expand for more
last job was Administrative Assistant in Forestry Consulting.
I thoroughly enjoyed the change in jobs. It was challenging and rewarding. I have not worked in the last few years. I am thinking about trying out some volunteer work in the New Year.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Anita Langlois, because we were best buddies at work at my last place of employment in Montreal. We have currently hooked up again, and good chance of seeing each other again. My other friend is Janet Charlebois who has become quite successful and a great friend from my past still living in Montreal..
