Lois's Story
Workplace: I own Luray Productions and bring the stars from the 50s and 60s into The Grand Opera House and Candlelight Dinner Theater. Who would have ever thought my teenage idols would become my close friends??? The Doo Wop Shows are going strong. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is George Chartrand, because we were best buddies. I was fortunate to have talked to him last year.

My first job was at the Chuckwagon, where I got paid $2.50/hr to be a car hop. What I remember most about it is the fun and the trays falling when you started to walk away from the cars.
Meeting and spending time with Bobby Vinton was one of the highlights of my life as well as being a close friend of his and Jimmy Clanton today... Just amazing.
1 week before Christmas 2008, I finally after many years of searching found Michele Buckley, my college roommate after losing touch for almost 40 years. We now talk all the time and it is like we are still back in the dorm, still at the U of D. I even located the 2 guys we dated while in high school and we are hoping to have a reunion and all be together for the 1st time in over 40 years. This is very exciting and I am looking forward to it.
We also found our boyfriends from college and found out they didnt dump us but were POWs in Viet Nam for 18 months and have been looking for us every since. What a thrill to hear Bob's voice again.
