Life Can you believe it? I have a wonderful husband and 3 great kids! Be sure and drop a line. I want to hear from you! I lived in Benicia for a great part of my elementary, middle school and high school years. I recognize many names. Some we are friends with when we are younger and then things change. Later we are friends with different people. I still find a connection with anyone who I went to school with and would love to correspond. ere is a lot that a person needs to know to be in real estate. I just finished my real estate education classes and passed the final exam. Whew. There is a lot to learn in real estate... a lot more than most people realize. It's learning new terms and understanding of a new market. Some of the subjects to passing a real estate state exam consists of real property and ownership; land-use controls and restrictions; income taxation and transfer of titles; valuation and appraisals; contracts/agency and fair housing; financing/ settlements; property management and leases; mathematics of real estate and the state laws. Anyway, I will be studying for the state exam and hope to take it soon. Wish me luck! For my fellow Christians, please pray that God will guide my steps in my new career. Thank you!!
