I always wanted to be a ballet dancer when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a n unlikely idea. As it turns out, they were right.
Never relax without a lot of pillows and a down comforter!
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have freedom to create, recognition for my creative ideas, and reliable coworkers to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
My current age is 50. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be really really boring. I was so completely wrooooong!
My best friend would tell you I'm too shy and undervalued, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as smug and aloof.
In 10 years, I hope to be enjoying retirement, travelling, still in love with my husband, with happy successful children and grandchi...Expand for more

My first job was at a sweat shop called "Funky'n Damnear New", where I got paid almost nothing to sew denim patches together and repair blue jeans. What I remember most about it is that I was actually 16, skipping school, and thinking I was fooling everyone around me. .
I remember attending the Venus Country School and how much fun it was to play with the other handful of country kids. My favorite game was called "Red Rover." My favorite teacher then was Mrs Leiding.
Once at that country school two of my kindergarten schoolmates dared me to kiss Michael Strope on the church steps across the road and if I did they would be my friends. When I did, Michael almost passed out, and to my dismay, they did not become my friends (at the time).
At that Country School my best friend was a boy named Willard, and of course an invisible friend I never told anyone about! :o)
