Lori's Story

Hello from Alaska! (Like the 22 years in North Dakota wasn't enough winter). :) So, for the woman who said "I'll never marry a military guy", it didn't turn out so well. Not only is my hubby a military guy, but an aviator to boot. 5 years of Active Army (9 total; he was in for 4 years be...Expand for more
fore we got married) and 3 moves later (Nevada to Hawaii to Louisiana, then the final move to Alaska) we landed here with the Army National Guard. Been here almost 5 years now and are preparing for his second deployment (the first was Fall 05-Fall 06). All I can say is "never say never"!
