Lorie's Story
Life
I have a husband and three children. Two girls and a boy. Our oldest daughter will be going to college in September. Our middle daughter is a hockey player as is our son. Our son will just be starting grade 7 in September and our daughter will be in Grade 11. My husband works at General Motors and I work for a Daycare Centre. When I left High school, I went to Durham College and received Legal Secretarial Certificate. I then worked in a Law Office in Whitby for approximately 11 years. s time to go back out in the real world. It was funny though, it still drew me back to the children. I was working a night shift at Zellers stocking shelves and in the the day I was working at a daycare centre parttime. The Daycare centre became full time and I eventually stopped working at Zellers. I have a good life, but there is never enough money as I am sure with everyone. I miss Ajax, but it is not the same as I remember it when I lived at 4 Pine Street. My parents are both deceased and I have lost one brother. I look forward to hearing from any of my classmates from Lord Elgin Public School, Ajax High School or Durham College Legal Secretarial.
