Life
Hi all. Like I planned, I married David Gilmer right out of high school ( Oct . 27 . 1979 ). Last year we celebrated 29 years of wedded bliss. We have 4 children, Matthew 28 (graduated from University Cal San Marcos in May 2007) living in San Diego , Kristin 27 (married, working full-time, doing pre-reqs at VVC) lives across the street form us, Corynn 22 (married, bought their 1st hose) lives abt a mile from us, and Gregory 19 (learning adult life sucks lol) attending Yavapai CC in Prescott AZ. to play soccer. They just won the Jr College National Title ; and grandchildren, Amber 11, Aubry ,3 and Jack 2 yrs months and Emmilynn 10 months. For the most part I have been a stay at home mom. I have taken a few college classes as time permits. We have lived in Apple Valley for 19 yrs now. We were very active in sports. Dave and I played slo-pitch softball. ...Expand for more
Our kids have played club soccer, rec soccer, baseball, basketball and softball. At this time in our life our children are dwindling from our home. So for the most part we are empty nesters in the evening. During the day I am now a stay at home Gramma to the grandchildren. Time has gone by so fast. Hopefully we will get to do more travling now. I am trying to learn a new healthy lifestyle as of today I am 70 lbs lighter and continue to evolve lol. I am willing to chat whenever just drop me a line.
School
Being a military brat we came to San Bernardino because of Norton Air Force Base. I attended Warm Springs Elementary for 3rd , 4th, and 6th. ( 5th I was in Nebraska). Mom and dad divorced so we moved and I went to Golden Valley Juinor high School. My freshamn year was done at Pacific High School, sophomore at Cajon and my Juinor and Senior years at San G.
