Lorraine's Story
Life
I have been married to Michael Shef (of St. Stan's Parish on E. 7th Street) since 1969 and have one Son, Michael, who is married to Anne Baddeley, formerly of Bronxville, NY. They made me a "Nana" for the first time on January 27, 2003. His name is: Michael - do you see a pattern here? I became a Nana again on January 4, 2007 to our Princess, Stephanie Delancey Shef. s in Dix Hills. I still love the theater and ballet (especially New York City Ballet and American Ballet Theatre) and I appear annually in New York Dance Theatre's production of The Nutcracker here on Long Island. My Husband and I love to travel and have been to Europe, China, Russia and the Carribean. Our favorite spot in the world (outside of NYC, of course) is Hawaii, especially Kaui. Our other passion is food & wine...we love to try restaurants all over the world. We call it research - as our Son is in restaurant management in NYC.
