Workplace; Dr. Lowell A. Morton is an Electrical Engineer, Computer Scientist, Consultant and Systems Analyst possessing extensive experience in corporate project management, development, technology integration, prototype design, fabrication and testing for both PC and SMT equipment platforms and architecture. Lowell is a Designer, constructor, installer, configuration support and upgrade specialist of computer systems & peripherals, facilitator for decision makers, assisting state agencies, institutions and businesses concerned with development of efficient computer solutions. Offering management consultation with increased efficiency by introduction of technology management for many tasks such as networking, accounting and bookkeeping, etc, over 43 years. Lowell is the CEO of Atlantis Wireless Co., LLC*- Company mission statement: Improve upon wireless engineering requirements and specifications required for applications, to provide cost studies for commercial developments and present wireless systems to the marketplace. Lowell is also involved with a *Start-up non-profit trial venture for the purpose of installing and testing pioneer wireless WIFI networks, interconnecting Virtual University's fiber internet at T1 speed to wireless internet/intranet users in the Treasure Valley area. Today Virtual Universities is registered with the State of Idaho Department of Education as a proprietary school doing educational research in the fields of N-Raaiation and small safe nuclear reactor design using Thorium which is abundant here in Idaho. Lowell is a Consultant and Purveyor of Information Technology- An Integrator of Project Management for Manufacturing. Lowell holds his PhD's & Masters Degree's in both Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of Old London (England) which began in Electrical Engineering at Northwest Nazarene College in Nampa Idaho. Lowell is a self-starter, team player and enjoys a challenge. He is a part time volunteer investigator for the U.S. Secret Service and also in the past has assisted the State Of Idaho Bureau of Communications, Microwave Services, by delivering and configuring and installing surplus microwave systems for colleges and universities around the state. Lowell has lectured for the community schools on continuing adult education, and at Boise State University's meetings held by the Physics and Astronomy departments. Lowell has provided technical expertise to BSU Physics and Astronomy departments, assisting them with Internet Designs for Distance Learning Programs. Lowell shares his knowledge and experience in electronics and communication promoting Community Education through teaching. He is currently installing LPTV Channel 57's as a new educational television station, STL and companion studio for producing educational television programming broadcasts.
