Lucia's Story
I had the pleasure of knowing Eartha Kitt as I handled her accounts at the bank I worked at. Hank Williams, I remember listoning to the radio the night they announced his passing. I also remember THE HUT at school, the great foodthere at the jukebox with lots of good music A place to eat, relax, study and visit with friends.
I always wanted to be a int. Decorator when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a gabby person idea. As it turns out, they were true.

If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have good workmates, good shoes, and good tranportaion to be able to deal with the day-to-day.

not much! was an outsider from Urban to Suburbs in 1950.
My first job was at candy store , where I got paid candy, icecream to fill napkin holders. What I remember most about it is I was about 10 yrs old. .
OH so many!! I had a wonderful childhood. I suppose it was traveling on the train to and fro Texas every summer, eating at the famous Harvey Restaurant at St. Louis station and spending 2 months in Big D with family.
