Lucien is from La Conner, Washington. Lucien's schools include Seoul Foreign High School, McKinley Elementary School, Walter Colton Junior High School, Seoul American High School, Jeb Stuart Elementary School, Wakefield High School. Lucien later attended North Georgia College (Chemistry, Psychology), Florida Institute of Technology, University of Washington. You probably know me better as "Kel" than Lucien since that's what I was called until I entered the Army in 1966. Okay, here's a quick summary of life since then.
