My school journey took a few unexpected turns, but each experience became part of my story. I began my education at Holy Name School before transferring to Powell Elementary School. During elementary school, I suffered an ankle injury that required me to finish part of the school year through home instruction. After recovering, I was accepted into the C.H.I.P.S. (Challenging High Intelligence Potential Students) Program and became part of the very first fifth-grade class at Forest Hill School. I returned the following year for sixth grade. Since Forest Hill only served students through sixth grade at the time, I completed middle school at Pyne Poynt Family School. I then attended Camden High School, where I was involved in the ASPIRA Club. My favorite electives were Art, Drama, and Spanish, which allowed me to express my creativity and connect with others. During my junior year, my life changed when my family moved to Puerto Rico due to personal circumstances. I later returned to Camden for about a year before life events led me back to Puerto Rico permanently. Although my educational path was different from what I had originally expected, I remained determined to continue my education.
