Lupe's Story

Life After high school I married and had 2 miracle children. I also have one special grandbaby. I am currently dealing with medical issues but am optimistic that everything will be fine. I will e-mail anyone who would like to keep in touch. Special friends are hard to find and even harder to keep in contact with in this fast paced world of ours. You know who you are. May you have enough happiness to make you sweet, enough trials to make you strong, enough sorrow to keep you human, and enough hope to bring you joy. School I remember Mrs. Bonnelli from 5th or 6th grade. She was my English teacher. I wrote pages and pages of poems and stories back then and she enjoyed reading them and always advised me to keep it up. I love poetry and what is funny both my children have the gift of writing. My youngest is constantly writing and being asked to place his stories and poems in the editorials but he dismisses it all, he's more into his computers. I still have all my writings and every now and then I scan thru them but they are for my eyes only, as some I have recently written will only be read by the people whom I have written them for. ...Expand for more
These persons will not see my writings until after I am physically gone from this world. I know that Mrs. Bonnelli has passed but I will never forget her and the mark she left in my life. She was a true angel and her spirit will forever shine. College Went to Mohave Community College right out of high school but ended up leaving due to a high risk pregnancy and getting married. Attempted to return after the children were grown but health issues kept me from continuing and I never returned. Hope to start again some day and finish this time. Workplace I currently work for the Chandler Center for the Arts and have been here for 13 years on and off. Military I personally have not served in any military branch but I have served as a wife of an Army soldier I think that we should be recognized. After all we are the ones who have to keep everything together at home while they are off fighting for our freedoms. Getting used to this lifestyle takes a strong person with a deep understanding of what is truly important and be able to sacrifice for the well being of the family, the military, the soldier and the freedoms that they fight for.
