Lyle Horley:  

After graduating from Mayfair public school(1959),i attended Saskatoon technical collegiate Institute, taking the industrial program. After graduating, i worked at a couple of jobs. January 1965 took a course at DeVry Institue of Electronics , Toronto Ontario. May , 1966 i became employeed by CN Telecommunications. I stayed employeed with them, under various brands names , until i accepted a buyout from them June 1999.The majority of the employment was with them as a radio techncian out of Kamloops , BC. that was from March 1976 / June 1999. The fall of 2000 i went east to Georgetown , Ontario to see what a friend of mine was up to . I worked out of Georgetown for him until the fall of 2004, when i went back to live in Calgary. On the personal side of life i along with my wife raised two children in Kamloops. Judith my wife had a fight with cancer and lost that battle September 1998. While in Georgetown i used to stop in at a local pub (Charlie Fitswhiskeys)One evening i stopped in and there was only one seat left at the bar. I met Kim that night. That was in December of 2001.Family were living in my home in Kamloops while working down east.That didn't work so it was sold.
