Life At this point in my life (Sept of 2001) as I'm about to turn 48 (in Oct) I got lucky and found, (actually he found me!), & married my soulmate. I'm an extremely happy wife, and mother/grandma. I'm not working any more because I'm raising a granddaughter. My husband and I each have 2 grown children, we have a daughter-in-law and a son-in-law and a grandson and a granddaughter (1 & 7). I also have 3 horses, 3 cats and a dog. Yep...I'm busy, but happy! (Update Nov 2005) Things have changed alot since 2001. We've moved to the foothills where we are building our retirement home. A cabin surrounded by Redwoods. Of course, retirement is a ways off still but it's been alot of fun getting ready for it. And a lot of work too. We've added one more horse, 3 more cats, 3 dogs, and another daughter-in-law to our family. Our children have been busy too. We've gone from 2 grandchildren to 7 with another due in March 2006 and one due in May 2006. We're still raising a granddaughter. She's 11 now. She keeps me on my toes. I'm gettin' creaky....but I'm still happy! (Update July 2011) Lets see...this is what's changed since my last update. My granddaughter has graduated from high school (at 16, with straight A's). She has just turned 17 and is planning to go to Columbia College to take their fire/emt classes until she turns 18. Then she plans to...Expand for more
