Lynda Jence:  

I was born in Des Moines, Iowa. Our family moved to Bennett in1950. Our family was small, just Mom, Dad, my brother, Dennis, and myself. I attended grade school in Bennett. I then attended Jr high school in Solon Springs. I attended St. Croix High School for my High School years. After high school and during the next few years, I attended Indianhead Technical Institute, University of Wisconsin-Superior (Nursing and Engineering). I worked a few years in the Nursing field and then I finished my working days in Engineering. I managed the construction of bridges and roadways throughout WIsconsin. I truly enjoyed my work in both fields, but engineering was the very best. My interests include Basketball, Baseball, NASCAR, and Football. Teams that are my favorites are Minnesota Vikings, Milwaukee Brewers, and Wisconsin Badgers.
