After graduating I moved to Eugene, Oregon to begin college. I graduated with a music degree in 1983, then the following February, I married a native Oregonian. So, there I spent the next 19 years. I was the administrative assistant for one of the largest law firms in Eugene, for 15 years. What about that music degree? I didn't find a place for my degree, so I was very involved in the music programs at the church I attended. I continued to glean a lot of useful knowledge working with very talented, amazing musicians. For that I am thankful. My husband, David and I had our first child when we were in our late 30's. After years of hoping to move back here to be close to my family, we moved here in 2002. He doesn't like living here, but knows I really missed my family and we wanted the kid(s)--now there's two--to get to know my family too. Wow, has it changed here.
