Lynn's Story
Hi everyone. I guess I'm at a new chapter in my life, my kids are grown, and I'm not ready to be a grammie yet! I am married with two kids. Jessica is 24 and Jon is 19. Most of my ties with Chico are gone now. My grammie died 02/29/08, mom moved to Illinois two years ago. My daughter and inlaws live in Chico, so I do try and get down there as often as we can. I still love La Comida!
The older I get, the more I find myself wondering what happened to my friends from school. Do they have kids? grandkids? Do anyone still live in or near Chico? What has happened in your life? Well this is mine....

I got to travel the world when I was with Matt. I got to see all the childhood places I had always dreamed of seeing. But unfortunately our married ended, I left him 5 yrs later. Back home, of course, to Chico. I met David (he was from Paradise), YIKES! We have been together 22 yrs. We live in the Mountains, love to ski and snowmobile, camp. My husband and son are into motocross racing.
I live a simple life, gardening, crafts, and my ebay! I volunteered for years, but gave it all up to go back to college (when I was 38). Got my degree and continued being a housewife/mommy. Now what....my kids grown....time for a new chapter!
