Lynn King:  

Life I married Glenn King (a 1962 graduate of PHS) in 1967. We had our daughter, Stacey in 1969 and son, Rob in 1973. We lived in Tampa, FL from 1969-1973 while Glenn was in the Air Force. In 1973 we moved back to Ohio...first to Columbus...then we bought our first house in Westerfield. We moved to Turnersville, NJ in 1979 for Glenn's work. I have lived here ever since. Glenn passed away in 1998. It was sudden and enexpected and a very difficult few years. I taught 8th grade here for 27 years. I retired after 33 total years in teaching in June 2006. I am loving retirement! I now have time to read, travel, play poker at the casino or bridge with friends, or do whatever I feel like. I am a member of a singles group...so there are plenty of opportunities to go dancing, to plays, concerts, etc. I am still single however. I have one pet...a cat...Sasha. I got her in 2000 and she is a real love. My parents are still living..they just celebrated their 65 anniversary... and have moved to Sprinfield, OH. I try to get back to visit them every 4 months or so. My daughter married 4 years ago and lives in Jackson, WY. My son is singles and lives in Brick, NJ. Still no grandchildren. I love to travel and have had the opportunity to do lots of it. I have been to Australia twice. Have been to Figi, and Hawaii in the Pacific.
