Lynne (Lynette)'s Story
Life
Attended Ramer/Montgomery High from 1st grade through 8th grade. Left Ramer at the end of the 8th grade. Moved to Montgomery and went to Cloverdale Junior High (9th grade) for 1 year (68) and then to Jefferson Davis for 3 years. Graduated in 1971.
After High School-
1971 - I was a flight attendant for Delta Airlines Base in Miami, Florida. I traveled all over the USA. I also went to Canada and Germany from top to bottom. What a great place. Drank a lot of dark beer and met some really nice people. Brought back some bottles of wine. Switzerland was really beautiful, and Paris also.
1977 - Mother died, married Air Force Fighter Pilot, Jack Shaw, and moved to Valdosta, GA. (LAS)
1980 - Had a daughter, Casey. Father died. Quit Delta. Air Force moved us to Phoenix, Arizona. What a year!
1981 - My daughter, after Months of hell, was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (CP) very retarded. Does not speak and is in diapers. This will be the way her life is. But she laughs a lot and is happy.

ed. Divorced my husband. My daughter and I moved to Apple Valley, CA, where I build my home. Never done that before. I worked at a Credit Union in the loan department, real estate department, and with construction loans.
1986 - Worked in Escrow and married my 2nd husband John Booth. (LAB)
1987 - 2nd husband John died on your 1 year anniversary. I quit working.
1991 - Met my now husband Gary Wadkins. (LAW)
1995 - Stared my own business. (What was I thinking?!!)
2001 - Married Gary who is just GREAT!!!! Took me a while.
2003 - Sold my business and retired. YES!
2003 - Gary retired from management with the phone company. YES!
2004 - Gary decided to have a brain release and learn to fly at our local airport. He got his Private Pilot Lic. and we bought a 4 seater airplane. So we do some traveling and I love flying.
2006 - I starting a new business and life is grand. What am I think!
It's all been a lot of tears, fun, and laughter. Got to maintain a sense of humor!!! Things could always be worse. Life is really good!!!
