Life
Life is so good when you retire!....no stress, especially when you're single again. Actually about 13 years... No one tells you when to come and go, or when to get up or go to bed, or how to spend your money! :o) I taught elem. school for 5 yrs. in Greenwich, CT and 30 in south FL. Hurricane Wilma in Oct.'05 sent me packing after it's devastation!I'm living in New Castle,PA now and LOVE it here! Westminster College, my alma mater is in the next town. row winding road in the country, and am surrounded by hills and woods! There's lots of wildlife here, and I'm in a completely different world from south FL. My oldest son is married, and teaching at a college in MA, and the twins I adopted at 12 days old when I was 43 have just started college. One is a Pitt and the other at Grove City College. Empty nest is good and so are their visits!! As for me, I stay very involved at my church, and also do a lot of volunteer work.
