Lynne's Story
Life is good and I've been loving the Pacific Northwest since 1983. My "retirement" job includes managing a small transitional house for women coming out of prison. I'm part of a Catholic Worker community and "urban village" located in the Hilltop area of Tacoma, WA. Living very simply, gardening and enjoying my 3 (young adult) children and 2 grandkids. I've worked for over 40 years as a nurse (RN, MN), social worker and family therapist for "high risk" families. Raised my kids as a single parent. Life was hard at times, but we all made it and I'm grateful to still have family around.
How are you? Since it feels I've gone through several lifetimes since 1967 and GBHS, I'd really like to hear from any who may want to share.
