Lynne's Story
Life
I finished Music Performance, Music Ed, and Theatre before traveling for years with musical performance groups as singer, keyboardist, arranger and director. I also worked in theatre, both original companies and stock. Married in 1982, moved from Chicago to Madison and continued performing. Jennifer was born in 1984 and I still performed. Went back to school in 1987 at the University of Wisconsin. I graduated with a BS in Education. We moved away from the cold in the early 90's. I got back into teaching school. I have always maintained a studio for voice and piano students, but I jumped into K-12 music in Boca Raton. I found time to work as an Associate Minister of Music at the largest Catholic Church in the Archidiocese of Miami. I met a friend down here with whom I have been partnered in Musical Theatre productions ever since. He is the "Artistic Director" and I am the music director. Together we have done 20 shows, and Junior and Senior Thespians, etc. I am vocal director, arranger, and orchestra conductor. It is what keeps us as "sane" as we can have a claim to be. My husband travels 33 weeks out of the year, is a great singer, compose...Expand for more

She started out her college career at The University of Hartford majoring in musical theatre, but has since changed her mind and is now at Columbia College in Chicago majoring in vocal performance. She has been working on a CD of her original music and adores Chicago.
I have taken on the job of Parish accompanist at St. Andrew and still teach middle school music, art and drama.
Contact me to say hello--as you may be able to tell I am rarely "home". Email and answering machines are my life. Would love to hear from you if you can find the time.
