Geneva was a horrible place. Put there because my step father made sexual advances towards me and I ran away from home. The courts called me incorrigible The doctors at Geneva gave me electro shock therapy without anesthesia three different times, even though I was only 15 years old. After I was released, my mother let me move out. I got married, had one child and ended up going to the U of I and graduating with a B.S. I've since retired and moved to Baja California Sur in Mexico.
The girls were fine at Geneva and many were there for the same reasons that I was. But the staff was cruel.
