Maca's Story

Life My life is exceedingly boring. Right after I graduated, I went to work at the Fort Bend County Jail where I processed bail bonds and paperwork. I quit for a few months to go back to school (never did declare a major), then I got engaged and returned to work. I married in November of 1998, and shortly thereafter I transferred into dispatch making lots more money, and I started a career answering 911 and dispatching police service, etc. I quit Fort Bend and moved to the city of Stafford (next door to Sugar Land), and I have been doing to same work here for over 4 years. Talk about having some wild stories to tell!! I don't have any kids, but I have a wonderful husband, Holton,...Expand for more
and a dog (bullmastiff), Jedi. We live in Richmond, and I venture back into Katy every now and again, but I haven't run into anyone. I am actually working on finding a new and different job. I officially have burnout. Meanwhile, I have been going to college to finally get my Associate's degree in Sign Language interpreting. (Jan 2005) College I only went to U of H for two semesters before I decided I wasn't accomplishing anything! I didn't declare a major and didn't know what I wanted to do. I was also engaged to be married, and I had to return to work. I fluctuate between half-time and 3/4 time at Cy-Fair College, going for an Associate's in Sign Language Interpreting.
