Maggie's Story
Life
I was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington until I was 16 years old. At that time my family and I moved to Sandpoint, Idaho. Growing up in Vancouver I went by the names Maggie Kadow (my step Dads last name) and Maggie Wurth (my birth name). I attended Pleasant Valley Primary and Intermediate Schools and Prairie High School until moving to Idaho where I was homeschooled. I began working at Sandpoint Pizza Hut in 1992 and in 1993 met my now husband, Daulton, while working there. We became the best of friends shortly thereafter, began dating in 1994 and were married April 9, 1995 at Schwietzer Mountain Ski Resort, Idaho. We now have 5 beautiful children. 11), Isaiah (10), Ayden (7) and Elias-Josef (4). My husband and I both attended Barclay Bible College in Haviland, Kansas and happily lived in Kansas until 2004. We spend 3 1/2 years in the Boise, Idaho and now we live in the great state of Alaska, where my husband is an Associate Pastor and I homeschool my children and own my own business. Some day I hope to apprentice to become a midwife, until that happens I am happy being a stay at home Mommy.
