Maia's Story
My story... Well I guess my story right now is mostly my work and my travels. I'm an engineer at a newly international company. From June 2005 to June 2006, I held 6 different positions in the company and lived in 4 different states, while avoiding two hurricanes in just over a month. I learned how to live out of a couple suitcases and was spoiled by hotel maid-service.
I'm now happily settled in Southeast Illinois and enjoying the benefits...Expand for more
of being a valued employee, namely the opportunity to travel to India and visit our sister plant for a few days. It was a quick trip but one I will remember for a long time to come.
New:
Maybe I wasn't so happily settled afterall. I've transfering to the Corporate office in TX with a promotion to Engineering Manager. It definitely sounds more impressive than it actually is but it is a great opportunity that I hope will keep me on my toes.
