Malena's Story

More about Malena:"I have been fighting a food addiction for years and years. I have finally faced that addiction and took control. I have lost a total of 115 pounds. It has been an ongoing journey for a couple of years now and will continue to be a life long journey. I have been able to keep the weight off and will continue to do so. I was very obese and not healthy at all. I finally told myself something has to give, it was either me giving into the food addiction and killing myself from obesity or I give up the bad foods and become healthy again. So, I gave up the bad foods, cut my calories down from 3500 a day to 1200-1550 a day. I do have some goodies here and there and go over my calories, but not like I used to. I went from a size 22-24 to a size 6-8. I can wear all the cute clothes now and look good doing it too! And to those who had to always run their lips about how overweight I was and how disgusting I looked and all that blah blah blah coming out of that nasty mouth of yours...look at me now, a bit jealous heh ;) Eat your words and choke on'em... you know who you are. I love where I am and I will never go back to the 255 lb woman I once was.
I have been with my husband going on 17 yrs now. We have been through a lot together, no doubt about that. But our marriage is stronger than it has ever been and now our love has new meaning. I have 3 beautiful children,Jessica, Ross III, Skylar and a handsome Grandson Damion.
I am very laid back and LOVE to laugh at nearly anything. I love to joke around and will try my hardest to make you smile or even laugh when you've had a bad day. I love all three of my children very much and I will do whatever it takes to protect them.".
